We are presently in search of a committed and diligent Customer Service Executive to contribute to our team in Yangon office’s Operation Department. We extend an invitation to individuals who possess a strong interest in providing customer service to our overseas immigrant workers.
Job Descriptions
- Act as the primary intermediary for our clients who are foreign laborers residing in affiliated nations. Provide timely and expert responses to inquiries received through various communication channels (phone, email, and social media).
- Employee remittances involving overseas workers who transmit a portion of their wages to themselves or their families in accordance with the policies of both their home and working countries should be monitored, verified, enumerated, and followed up.
- Follow up and attend to the concerns of clients and resolve problems pertaining to compensation, workplace culture, harassment, working conditions and grievances in affiliated nations. When necessary, escalate complex issues to the relevant department or an executive.
- Develop healthy client relationships in order to nurture trust and loyalty. Follow up proactively with clients to ensure that their expectations are exceeded, and their requirements are met.
- Ensure the maintenance of precise documentation pertaining to client interactions, inquiries, and results by utilizing our CRM system. Maintain thorough records of progress to facilitate efficient follow-up.
- Remain informed regarding immigration policies, employment regulations, and industry trends in distinct nations in order to provide clients with current facts and guidance.
- Cooperate extensively with other departments in order to synchronize endeavors and optimize procedures. Contribute insights and feedback in order to enhance service quality continuously.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years and above proven experience in customer service.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, including the capacity to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Possesses exceptional organizational and multitasking skills and is meticulous.
- Capability to utilize Office 365 while maintaining data security.
- Positive attitude and effective time management skills while working under duress.
- Knowledge of immigration procedures, visa regulations, and cultural differences is a plus.
